HOW TO RELIEVE YOUR ANGER

hihi.. its actually more to how i relieved my anger

walaupun dah ngantuk, tp beta tetap menggagahkan diri beta demi rakyat jelata sekalian..

1. Say something that will make others happy 
(like.. I love you, i miss you, i need you, or your voice is awesome, or you're so funny)

2. Push yourself to smile- a really big one.

3. Get a spicy/hot food.
(I used to eat hot curry instant noodles when i was scolded by my mum, 
in my room.. as a sign of protest. lol)

4. Watch comedies (video/movies/dramas)

those tips i mentioned are really worked on me.. esp the first one, the most effective way when i'm angry with  *ehem*   hehehe
